Back wheels I picked up my pushchair after callapsing to put away and the wheels (two back) fell off. I know that they are ment to come off to pack into the bag, but the problem is we cannot get them to clip back in. There is a grey button on the frame by each wheel that looks like it should click up or down when the wheel is pushed in and then pushed the opposite way to release wheel. When we push the wheel in nothing is happening and nothing is clicking. Can you help, Do you know what the prob

I tried wd-40, and jiggled the little grey button a bit and it finally loosened and then the wheel locked into place.
LOL, just got a Zapp, and didn't know the rear wheels came off at all (we've been using it for a week), so I had to go see if ours came off... Yes, they do come off, after you push a square grey button next to each wheel. Which then remains pushed in, and doesn't lock the wheels anymore! However, I did manage to re-lock the wheel by simply pulling the grey button back out with the wheel in place. I was able to grab it with my fingertips, but you could also use a needlenose pliers. Haven't fallen off yet! HTH.
